Returns
Once an order has been fulfilled, any products contained within the order cannot be returned. Orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled in most cases

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item delivered that is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be partially refunded. Reasonable flower substitutions of equal or greater value will sometimes be made depending on seasonal availability and supplies. These substitutions are not considered grounds for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you contact us before an order has been fulfilled requesting that it be altered or cancelled, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If parts of an order are missing due to supplier error, a full refund may be issued. Reasonable flower substitutions of equal or greater value will sometimes be made depending on seasonal availability and supplies. These substitutions are not considered grounds for partial or full refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
